The Northern Stars Celebration — in addition to serving as a wonderful night of fun and games — is a community-based fundraiser to create more and better opportunities to engage students in the Anoka-Hennepin schools.

The celebration consists of a social hour with silent auction, delicious dinner with an online auction and special appeal, followed by social time. It is a fabulous night out with a chance to meet new people, have fun with friends, and socialize with neighbors. The Northern Stars is a lively, not stuffy or formal, evening.

Typically 350 guests attend from across the district including parents, staff, community leaders, and members of the community. Attire is "After five O'clock" or "cocktail."
